Please telephone or go into any one of our stores, and our Managers will be happy to assist you. Gift cards can be redeemed only in stores and not on-line. They are valid for 1 year after their date of issue.
A gift card bought from our 14th Street Union Square, 23rd Street Chelsea, Broadway Upper West Side or Brooklyn stores can be redeemed in any one of those four stores. A gift card bought from our Hoboken store can be redeemed only in the Hoboken store. A gift card bought from our South Orange store can be redeemed only in the South Orange store.
Gift cards carry cash value. In order to maximize security we suggest you either pick it up in store or, if having it sent, choose to send via UPS.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Only in exceptional circumstances, if the card has not been redeemed and if there is sufficient proof of purchase, can the card be replaced at the discretion of Garden of Eden and Eden Marketplace.
