We are currently seeking the following positions:
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, NEW YORK, NY:
Candidate must have experience in a RETAIL environment. Fast paced position in busy store requires excellent phone and customer service skills. Will be responsible for the following:
1. Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
2. Assist customers with catering needs via phone and in the store.
3. Take and sometimes fufill grocery orders.
4. Create and modify signs for entire store.
5. Perform general clerical duties but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing.
6. Oversee employee timecards-missing punches, absence reports, vacation requests, payroll adjustments.
7. Coordinate and maintain records of House Accounts.
8. Collect and organize invoices to be submitted to Accounting Dept.
9. Order and maintain office supplies.
Heavy contact with corporate office. Must have knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
CONTROLLER, BROOKLYN, NY:
We are seeking a controller with at least 10 years experience (in the food industry a plus). This position reports directly to the owner. Responsibilities to include financial statements, monthly closings and support to accounting department. Mass 200 software knowledge a plus, but not required. We are seeking a self-starting team player with excellent communication skills. CPA a plus. We offer a competitive salary and benefit package.
